Regular Yoga Meetings
Wednesday: 5:30 pm Eastern ~1 hour
Sunday: 3PM Eastern ~75 minutes
These consist of asana, pranayama and meditation. Asana is the practice of physical postures. Pranayama are breathing routines to purify and energize the body-mind. We also include guided meditations to internalize the attention and de-stress both body and mind.
Yoga Nidra Sessions
Sunday: 12PM Eastern ~30-40 Minutes
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation. It is simple to do. It helps in managing stress and promotes healing.

We are constantly in touch with knowledgeable senior teachers who are continuing to offer a variety of online seminars at a reasonable cost. There is a wealth of systematically presented lessons on a broad range of Yoga practice and philosophy. Our teachers offer deep insights in an engaging manner suited to the needs of students of all levels. Details will be provided on request.
